Renting vs. Owning Your
Digital Infrastructure

We don't believe in forcing our clients into rigid vendor lock-in. When we build your custom software, you get to choose the infrastructure model that fits your company's budget and technical comfort level. It comes down to one simple question: Do you want to rent, or do you want to own?

Model 1
🏢

The "Renting" Model

Fully Managed Hosting

When you rent an apartment, you pay a constant monthly fee for something you don't own. However, the massive upside is that you are not responsible for the maintenance. If the roof leaks or the heater breaks, you call the landlord and they fix it at no extra cost to you.

In this model, we build your software and host it on our secure servers. We manage the domain, the databases, the security, and the uptime. You simply log in and run your business with zero technical headaches.

The Cost Structure

  • → Standard one-time development fee for the initial custom software build.
  • → A predictable monthly or annual "rent" fee that covers all server costs, data protection, and general maintenance.
Model 2
🏡

The "Owning" Model

Self-Hosted Buildout

When you own a home, the payments you make go toward an asset that belongs entirely to you. You hold the deed. But, if the AC breaks down or you want to build a new deck, you have to hire a professional and pay for the repairs or upgrades.

In this model, we build the entire software infrastructure directly inside a dedicated Google Cloud / Workspace account owned by your company. You own the code, the database, and the domain. We hand over the keys and maintain a single developer email for backend access.

The Cost Structure

  • → One-time, flat-fee for the software buildout. Zero recurring monthly agency fees.
  • → The "Service Call" Fee: If you ever need to change logic, add features, or fix a broken workflow later, you simply hire us for a standard ad-hoc service call, just like calling a plumber.
